Customers are taught in an easy to understand way over a period of 35 hours as this is the minimum requirement. Training times are manageable and include all parts of the syllabus. The first part of the course is the Theory Test where candidates are asked to complete a series of multiple choice questions and a Hazard Perception test. Next is a Case Study section that presents you with questions about real-life scenarios you might come across in your working life. Step 3 is the Practical Driving Test with an examiner which assesses your driving ability, followed by Vehicle Safety Demonstration of a candidate’s abilities.
